1. Choose a photo that shows the whole facade

Use a clear photo taken from a position that shows the main facade. Include the roofline, entrance and windows. Avoid heavy shadows, parked cars across the building and very wide-angle shots where possible.

• Use your own photo or one you have permission to upload.
• Keep the same source photo when comparing design directions.
• A second viewpoint can reveal features hidden in the first photo.

2. Decide what should stay the same

Before you generate anything, list what is outside your project: the roof shape, window positions, the entrance and the building footprint. Choose "Keep original photo" for those elements. It is a request to the AI, not a guarantee, so you will still check every result.

3. Change one thing at a time

Choose a design direction and the finishes you want to explore. Start with the overall facade, then compare a restrained change in color or material. Changing the roof, windows and landscaping at once makes it harder to judge what improved the design.

• Try light render with a darker entrance accent.
• Compare a mostly painted facade with a smaller wood-look feature.
• Save the directions you want to discuss with your contractor.

4. Review each concept against the original

AI may move openings, alter proportions or invent details. Check windows, doors, roof edges and boundaries against your source photo before choosing a direction. A convincing image is not evidence that a change is feasible.

5. Use the concepts to brief a professional
